If you want to know me...

I believe that in order to live fully, you need to deepen your self-knowledge, to experience life through your whole body and its emotions and not only at the mental level, and to take responsibility for how you respond consciously to what life brings you in every moment.

My passion for personal growth has motivated me to receive training in many disciplines such as, Family Constellations in combination with Systemic Healing, Resonance Repatterning, Coaching, Shock and Trauma Release and other complementary techniques that treat the individual as a whole and therefore help to expand by providing constant opportunities for growth and positive transformation to hundreds of women during my more than 22 years of Clinical psychotherapist.
Those who work with me express that I am clear, spontaneous, natural, direct, close, passionate, decisive, effective, intuitive, that I make the difficult easy and that at the same time I act with compassion and affection.
